Job summary

Santander US seeks a Financial Reporting Specialist to ensure timely and accurate regulatory reporting for US and international requirements. You will support data integrity, prepare capital calculations, and contribute to quarterly SEC filings while collaborating with IT, Compliance, and Finance teams.

The role requires strong technical proficiency, banking/financial services experience, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• 5+ years accounting, finance, or related field in banking/financial services.
• Advanced knowledge of US GAAP/IFRS and regulatory reporting standards.
• Strong regulatory and financial reporting knowledge.
• Experience with Regulatory Reporting Vendor Solutions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Oracle, Database, Access, and PowerPoint.
• Advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Timely and accurate preparation of Head Office and ECB reports (IFRS end-of-month and notes).
• Prepare Risk Weighted Assets and regulatory capital calculations.
• Prepare quarterly SEC reports.
