Health Care Service Corporation seeks a Sr Mgr Performance and Results to lead cross-functional initiatives across the division and Enterprise, defining and monitoring financial metrics, operational capabilities, and process improvements. You will coach a team, prioritize objectives, and drive execution of business objectives with a focus on performance improvements.

The role requires strong analytic, reporting design, and stakeholder collaboration skills, plus experience in healthcare analytics

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics or economics; other bachelor degrees may be considered.
• 4 years of supervisory experience.
• 7+ years in health care services, statistical/financial analysis, or insurance economics with data reporting experience.
• Advanced PC proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to design reports.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for documentation and presentations.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and stakeholder engagement.
• Negotiation and influencing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and partner with division and Enterprise to identify, validate, monitor, and report financial metrics and performance indicators.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management for the team; prioritize and ensure execution of business objectives.
• Develop and evolve business processes and management methodologies aligned with best practices across HCSC markets.
