Qualifications

• Experience as a teacher’s assistant preferred.
• RBT or ParaPro certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized support to students to help them progress toward IEP goals.
• Implement strategies to promote independence and fading of support.
• Observe and document progress, and collect data for progress monitoring.
• Support behavioral interventions and de-escalation as needed.
• Supervise students during transitions and activities.
