Creative Minds International Public Charter School seeks a Dedicated Aide to join its Washington, DC team. The role supports students with significant needs under the direction of Academic Directors, assisting with IEP goals, data collection, and behavior plans.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma (bachelor’s preferred), paraprofessional certification, and CPR eligibility, with experience in urban or diverse settings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or higher; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Paraprofessional certification is required.
• CPR certification or eligibility is required.
• Experience with students with special needs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend IEP meetings and related service provider sessions.
• Support implementation of IEP goals and behavior plans.
• Track academic and behavioral data for students.
• Assist with daily living skills and transitions for students.
• Collaborate with teachers and families to monitor progress.
