Job summary

Lee Montessori Public Charter School is seeking a Dedicated Aide to support students with disabilities, helping them reach their IEP goals and promote independence within the least restrictive environment.

You will implement strategies described in IEPs, Behavior Intervention Plans, and Fade Plans, collaborate with teachers and case managers, supervise transitions, and participate in trainings to ensure safety and progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• ParaPro certification or RBT a plus.
• Montessori experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized support to students with disabilities to help them progress toward IEP goals and objectives.
• Implement strategies to promote independence and fading of support.
• Support data collection on student progress toward goals.
• Collaborate with classroom teacher and case manager to evaluate progress.
• Foster student independence and safe transitions.
