Job summary

INEOS Oxide is seeking a highly experienced IEA Reliability Engineer Supervisor to lead instrumentation, electrical, analyzer, and protective systems reliability at the Bayport site. The role focuses on improving asset availability, safety, and process safety performance through reliability best practices.

You will supervise two engineers and an analyzer supervisor, coordinate with Operations and Maintenance, and drive continuous improvement in PM/PdM programs and risk-based inspections across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in refining, petrochemical, chemical processing, LNG, or power generation industries.
• Experience leading/ supervising teams is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site IEA reliability and analyzer reliability programs.
• Supervise and develop the IEA Specialist/Analyzer Supervisor and two I/E Reliability Engineers.
• Provide technical leadership for instrumentation, electrical systems, analyzers, SIS and control systems.
• Drive reliability improvements and oversee outages, turnarounds, and shutdowns.
