Job summary

INEOS Oxide is seeking a Rotating Equipment Engineer Supervisor to lead the reliability and condition monitoring of rotating equipment across the site. You will supervise a Condition Based Monitoring Specialist and a Rotating Equipment Specialist, drive predictive maintenance, and coordinate with operations and maintenance teams to improve plant uptime.

The role requires strong leadership, experience in refining or chemical industries, and a track record in RCFA investigations and reliability

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering, Mechanical Engineer preferred.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Experience with rotating equipment reliability and predictive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site rotating equipment reliability and condition monitoring programs.
• Supervise and develop one Condition Based Monitoring Specialist and one Rotating Equipment Specialist.
• Lead RCFA investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, and Capital Projects to meet reliability targets.
