INEOS Oxide is seeking an IEA Reliability Engineer Supervisor to lead instrumentation, electrical, and analyzer reliability programs at the Bayport site. The role will supervise two I/E Reliability Engineers and one Analyzer Supervisor, ensuring safe and reliable operation of critical assets.

You will drive preventive maintenance, RCA investigations, and capital project input, while coordinating with Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering to improve plant performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in refining, petrochemical, chemical processing, LNG, or power generation.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate across levels.

Responsabilités

• Lead the site IEA reliability and analyzer reliability programs.
• Supervise and develop two engineers and one supervisor.
• Provide technical leadership for instrumentation, electrical systems, analysers, SIS, and control systems.
• Drive reliability improvement and PM/PdM program optimization.
• Lead outages, turnarounds, and startup activities.
