INEOS Oxide in League City, TX seeks an Instrumentation and Electrical Reliability Engineer Supervisor to lead IEA reliability programs and two engineers. You will drive preventive maintenance optimization, process safety support, and capital project integration while mentoring technicians and engineers.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 8+ years in refining, petrochemical, chemical processing, LNG, or power generation industries.
- Experience leading reliability programs and teams.
- Strong communication and leadership across organizational levels.
Responsabilités
- Lead IEA reliability and analyzer programs and supervise engineers.
- Drive safety, environmental compliance, and equipment availability improvements.
- Oversee RCFA investigations and implementation of corrective actions.
- Coordinate outage, turnaround, and capital project support with Operations and Maintenance.
- Develop and optimize PM/PdM strategies and asset management plans.
