UPS's Engineering Development Program (EDP) is a four-month, structured training track for Industrial Engineers, offering classroom learning and hands-on project work within UPS Operations in the United States. It provides mentorship, self-paced training, and a network to grow professionally.

Participants will plan and execute large projects, drive process improvements, and may transition into an Industrial Engineering Supervisor role to lead teams and advance operational excellence.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree in one of the listed IE related majors.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License by start date.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Leads and supports project and program management.
• Leads and supports process improvements.
• Performs work measurement using MSD.
• Conducts Operations Research.
• Participates in integrated business planning.
• Supports new technology integration and implementation.
• Administers training and development.
