UPS's Engineering Development Program (EDP) is a four-month training track designed for Industrial Engineers. It combines classroom learning with hands-on projects in UPS Operations, offering mentorship and structured growth into IE Supervisor roles at the end of the program.

Participants will lead large-scale projects, drive process improvements, and support operational excellence as they transition into supervisory responsibilities.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree in one of the listed engineering majors.
• Must have a valid Driver's License by start date.

Responsabilidades

• Leads and supports project and program management.
• Leads and supports process improvements.
• Performs work measurement using Master Standard Data (MSD).
• Conducts Operations Research.
• Participates in integrated business planning.
• Supports new technology integration and implementation.
• Administers training and development.
