UPS Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. seeks candidates for the Engineering Development Program (EDP). This four-month training path targets highly qualified Industrial Engineers with hands-on experience in UPS Operations, classroom learning, and mentorship to build a strong professional network.

Post-program, participants may advance to an IE Supervisor role, leading teams, driving improvements, and supporting operational excellence across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field required.
• Demonstrated organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Leads and supports project and program management.
• Leads and supports process improvements.
• Performs work measurement using Master Standard Data (MSD).
• Conducts Operations Research.
• Participates in integrated business planning.
