UPS Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. is seeking candidates for the Engineering Development Program (EDP), a four-month training track for highly qualified Industrial Engineers. It combines classroom learning with hands-on work in UPS Operations and mentorship to build project leadership and process improvement skills.

Graduates may transition into an IE Supervisor role to drive operations excellence, manage teams, and lead large implementations across the network.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree in one of the listed majors is preferred.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License by start date of employment.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Enthusiasm, idealism, creativity and dedication to getting results.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
• Ability to interact and communicate across business units.
