Job summary

Reynolds American Inc. in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking an IDT Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to IDT leaders and act as a visible floor admin for the broader IDT team. You will help keep calendars, travel, and operations running smoothly while fostering a positive employee experience.

The role calls for 2–5+ years of admin experience, strong MS Office skills, and a service-oriented mindset. A High School Diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.

  • Experience managing calendars, meetings, travel, and communications.
  • Service-oriented professional, who enhances employee experience and team culture.
  • High School Diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
