  • Ability to anticipate needs, solve problems, and work independently.
  • Experience managing calendars, meetings, travel, and communications.
  • Service-oriented professional, who enhances employee experience and team culture.
  • High School Diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

This role provides high-quality administrative support to IDT leaders while also serving as a visible, approachable "floor admin" for the broader IDT team.
