The role requires 2–5+ years of experience, strong MS Office skills, and a service‑oriented mindset.

Qualifications

  • 2–5+ years of administrative or executive support experience.
  • Experience supporting senior leaders and/or C‑Suite executives.
  • Strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex executive calendars and scheduling priorities.
  • Provide high-level administrative support to IDT leadership.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare communications, and maintain documentation.
  • Manage travel arrangements, expenses, and logistics.
  • Support office operations and resource management.
  • Attend meetings, record minutes, and track action items.
  • Plan and execute events, engagement activities, and team initiatives.

This role provides high-quality administrative support to IDT leaders while also serving as a visible, approachable “floor admin” for the broader IDT team.
