Job summary

Iron Bow Technologies seeks a Project Manager to lead planning, direction and coordination of the DISA IDLS projects. The role focuses on delivering solutions that improve client business processes with strong note-taking, documentation, and customer service skills.

Candidates in the Fort Meade area receive preference. The position requires managing day-to-day operations, coordinating internal and external teams, and ensuring program profitability and timely invoices.

Qualifications

• BS or higher with 8–10 years of project management experience.
• Secret clearance required; Top Secret clearance preferred.
• PMP certification highly desired.
• IAT III certification preferred.
• DISA-specific enterprise help desk experience preferred.
• Strong English communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management leadership and integrate internal, subcontract, and customer staff into cohesive team structures.
• Serve as the forward-facing manager for the Iron Bow Team (IBT) for USG COR and Contract Officers.
• Provide project status reports in line with contract deliverables; monitor and forecast cost and revenue.
• Assess client objectives, determine deliverables, evaluate risk and execute projects.
• Interface with customers to suggest improvements across a large DISA architecture.
• Develop schedules and plans to support program-wide activities and DISA IDLS dependencies.
• Serve as the primary escalation point and owner for escalated issues.
