Qualifications

• BS with 8–10 years of project or program management experience.
• DISA environment experience preferred.
• Secret clearance required; Top Secret preferred.
• PMP certification highly desired.
• IAT III certification preferred.
• Strong MS Office skills.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Experience with development and infrastructure is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide PM leadership by integrating internal, subcontract, and customer staff into cohesive team structures.
• Serve as the forward-facing manager for the Iron Bow Team (IBT) for USG CORs and Contract Officers.
• Provide project status reports and manage cost, schedule, and revenue; review invoices and payments.
• Assess client objectives, determine deliverables, evaluate risk and execute projects.
• Support Professional Services organization leaders as needed.
• Interface with customers on current processes and objectives; suggest improvements across a large DISA architecture.
• Ensure accurate information capture for process improvement recommendations.
• Prioritize work to meet short suspense deadlines.
• Apply the Iron Bow PM Methodology and ISO 9001 policies.
• Occasional after-hours work for deployment tasks; other duties as assigned.
• Develop schedules/plans for program-wide activities with DISA dependencies.
• Serve as escalation point and owner for issues until resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve results.
• Write and edit detailed program deliverables.
• Develop partnerships with strategic suppliers.
