Job summary

Iron Bow Technologies is seeking a senior Project Manager to lead the DISA IDLS program. You will oversee planning, direction, and coordination of all activities, ensuring goals are met within scope, schedule, cost, and quality parameters.

Preference for candidates in the Fort Meade area. You will manage interfaces with USG CORs and Contract Officers, produce status reports, and forecast profitability while aligning deliverables with contract requirements.

Qualifications

• BS +8-10 years' project and project / program management experience.
• Secret clearance required; Top Secret clearance is preferred
• PMP certification is highly desired
• IAT III certification preferred
• Experience with DISA programs is preferred
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide project management leadership and direction by integrating internal, subcontract, and customer staff into cohesive team structures
• Manage DISA IDLS program lifecycle from planning to execution and closure
• Provide program status reports, monitor cost and revenue, and forecast profitability
• Interface with USG CORs and Contract Officers as needed
• Develop schedules and plans to support program-wide activities with interdependent tasks
• Ensure compliance with Iron Bow PM Methodology and ISO 9001 policies
