The Segment Manager – Industrial Door & Gate Sensors (IDGS) holds full responsibility for the performance of the IDGS segment across BEA Americas, including revenue growth, market share expansion, and overall profitability. This role covers North America, with alignment into broader regional opportunities where applicable, and focuses on industrial door, high-speed door, gate, logistics, parking, and access control applications. The position supports a diverse customer base including OEMs, gate manufacturers, industrial integrators, distributors, and wholesale partners.
The role is accountable for delivering annual revenue targets and driving sustained growth within the segment. It includes direct leadership of assigned outside sales resources, along with strong matrix leadership across product management, marketing, and technical teams. The IDGS Segment Manager also plays a key role in shaping the product roadmap, prioritizing applications, and defining channel strategy to support long-term segment expansion.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. MBA preferred. Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within manufacturing or technology sector.
