Job summary

Olgoonik is seeking an Identification Services Operator I in Washington, DC to provide Department of State ID services for DOS employees, contractors, and other federal personnel. The role involves processing ID card applications, passport/visa photos, updating records, and resolving basic access control issues.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma with at least three years of related experience (or an Associate degree) and must be a U.S.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma and 3 years related experience or an Associate degree/substitution.
• Proficient with MS Windows applications and data entry.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process applicants for DOS ID cards.
• Process applications for passport/visa photos.
• Process ID card applications and update files.
• Identify and resolve basic DOS ID card problems and access issues.
