Job summary

Olgoonik Corporation seeks an Identification Services Operator to support Department of State ID services for DOS employees and contractors in the Washington, DC area. The role involves handling DOS ID card applications, passport/visa photo processing, and customer support for system users and visitors.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma with at least three years of related experience, or an associate’s degree with similar experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with at least 3 years of related experience.
• 1 year of clerical and data entry experience or 1 year of college coursework (30 credit hours).
• Strong Windows/Office skills and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Process applicants for DOS ID cards.
• Process passport/visa photo applications.
• Process ID card applications and update files.
• Prepare status reports and provide customer service support.
• Resolves basic access control problems and ID card issues.
• Conduct FBI fingerprinting.
