GCC Technologies LLC in Maryland is looking for an entry-level Badging and Credentialing Clerk I to support the Pass and ID operation, greeting visitors and ensuring proper credentials are issued. The role involves data quality, office tasks, and using pass/ID systems (SAFE); candidates should have a high school diploma, SSA suitability clearance, and 1-2 years of customer service.

Shift is Monday–Friday 6 AM–3 PM with an hourly rate of $24.40, and GCC Technologies is an equal opportunity

Qualifications

• Requires a High School diploma.
• Must obtain and maintain SSA suitability clearance.
• Current Government clearance desired.
• 1-2 years customer service experience required.
• Ability to provide backup support during weekday shifts to fill in for vacations and absences.

Responsibilities

• Greet all visitors in a professional and businesslike manner, ensuring that each visitor possesses a valid identification badge or visitor badge.
• Reports situations and intervenes when possible to safeguard persons or property.
• Must be able to operate various types of office equipment such as facsimile machines, copiers, personal computers with peripheral equipment, programmable telephones, scanners and shredders.
• May be asked to answer all incoming telephone calls in a businesslike manner and identify him/herself as representing a contractor.
• Creates parking passes and monitors parking lot for proper parking permits. Processes HSPD12 credentials for all SSA staff.
