Airbnb is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Identity to shape strategy and drive the development of trusted identity verification systems for guests and hosts.

You will own the roadmap, partner with engineering, design, policy, and data science, and lead experiments that prove real impact on bookings and marketplace health. This West Coast–based role emphasizes collaboration across time zones to build a more trusted community of travelers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management with identity/trust focus.
• Experience owning strategy and roadmap for complex systems.
• Familiarity with global identity standards and evolving space.
• Ability to translate technical tradeoffs for executives.
• Strong data-driven decision making.
• Proven track record pitching ideas to executives.
• Experience with inbound and outbound PM activities.
• Comfort in ambiguity with innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive Identity roadmap, including verification tech and flows.
• Make prioritization calls balancing trust, guest experience, bookings.
• Partner with design, engineering, policy to execute roadmap.
• Align with cross-functional teams on goals and sequencing.
• Identify external partnerships to extend identity ecosystem.
• Design and oversee A/B experiments with metric rigor.
• Translate tradeoffs for engineering and leaders.
