Job summary

Intuit is seeking a Principal Product Manager for the Identity Platform in Mountain View to lead Authentication, Verified Identity Network, and Identity Proofing, delivering scalable, secure experiences for consumers, merchants and developers. Qualifications

• Define and lead product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmaps for large-scale IAM platforms.
• Deep expertise in identity, authentication, and security concepts (OAuth/OpenID, MFA, ID Proofing).
• 10+ years in platform product management for identity/developer-focused SaaS products.
• Collaborate with engineering and architecture leads on SaaS design and security tradeoffs.
• Define KPIs/OKRs and use data (telemetry, A/B tests, market data) to prioritize work.
• Identify opportunities to embed AI/ML to improve identity workflows and efficiency.
• End-to-end lifecycle management from ideation to GTM and iterations at scale.
• Cross-functional leadership across Eng, Design, Research, Marketing, Sales, Support.
• Partner with customers/partners to understand identity-related pain points.

Responsibilities

• Own identity products for Consumers, Merchants, and Developers across ecosystems.
• Gather requirements for software products and define multi-year roadmaps.
• Deliver scalable, secure services with fast time-to-market and agility.
• Develop mobile components and native/WEB identity experiences for partners.
• Balance ownership, funding, and maintenance of identity software components.
• Engage with customers to ensure proper use and adoption of products.
• Analyze end-user problems and market trends to guide strategy.
• Define and track KPIs to measure product success and impact.
• Lead cross-functional programs and influence stakeholders across the organization.
• Collaborate with data scientists to integrate ML/AI into identity solutions.
