Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years product management experience.
• Experience in trust, safety, risk or fraud.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication to diverse stakeholders (global execs, product and tech).
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience building machine learning products or technical product management.
• Experience with design and hypothesis-driven product development.
• Entrepreneurial drive to achieve stretch goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional collaboration, partnership and influencing skills across locations/time zones.
• Experience leading teams through ambiguity and high-stakes decisions.

Responsibilities

• Create vision and strategy for Trust & Safety products and platforms.
• Lead a cross-functional group of engineers, data scientists, designers, operations and policy experts.
• Maintain backlog and roadmap; prioritize by business value and customer impact.
• Define measurable goals and OKRs.
• Present roadmap to leadership and influence outcomes.
• Evaluate opportunities and propose buy/build/partner solutions with data-driven rationale.
