Job summary

Intuit is seeking a Staff Product Manager for the Identity Platform to empower users to securely access accounts and safeguard sensitive workflows. You will lead the vision for the Account lifecycle, drive MVP to larger-scale services, and partner with engineering to deliver scalable, customer-focused solutions.

You will translate user insights into high-impact product decisions, manage cross-functional teams, and shape partnerships across Intuit business offerings.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering platform products for identity systems or large-scale enterprise applications.
• Proven ability to define and deliver products solving significant customer problems.
• Experience coaching and leading teams to deliver great outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead vision and strategy for the Intuit Account lifecycle from onboarding to stale account management.
• Help QuickBooks customers work with their employees and expand their business network.
• Provide product thought leadership, identify customer requirements, and design scalable services.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure secure, scalable solutions.
• Drive success metrics, prioritization, and communication of progress and impact.
• Partner with program management to nail project delivery across multiple teams.
• Engage with end-users to understand pain points and craft delightful solutions.
