Job summary

ConsenSys is seeking a product leader to own the vision, roadmap, and execution for Universal KYC and MetaMask Passport, creating a reusable identity layer across the product stack with privacy and regulatory compliance at the core.

You will define primitives, standards, and user journeys for a scalable identity platform, drive cross‑functional adoption, and deliver end‑to‑end features that can be reused across multiple products.

Qualifications

• Experience building or scaling identity verification, KYC, or onboarding products.
• Strong fintech background with exposure to Web3.
• Familiarity with compliance workflows including KYC, KYB, and CDD.
• Proven ability to deliver platform products adopted across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Define primitives, standards, and user journeys for a scalable identity platform.
• Own the roadmap for Universal KYC and MetaMask Passport.
• Design a low friction KYC experience while maintaining compliance integrity.
• Drive cross-functional adoption and integrate a consistent identity layer across products.
• Lead end-to-end execution with measurable outcomes and clear prioritization.
