Qualifications

• 8+ years in Identity and Access Management.
• 8+ years in enterprise IT operations.
• 5+ years leading technical teams in a 24/7 environment.
• 3+ years defining and driving governance, strategy, and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the US Identity Operations team, including hiring and performance management.
• Own and drive the strategic vision and multi-year roadmap for Identity Operations.
• Establish governance, tooling, and architecture for operations platforms.
• Champion automation, CI/CD, and tooling to reduce manual toil.
• Act as senior escalation point for identity service incidents and post-incident reviews.
• Collaborate with Identity Service leads and cybersecurity leaders to align with broader strategy.
