Job summary

Qualifications

This position involves troubleshooting complex issues, developing technical documentation, and supporting emerging identity security technologies, including AI-enabled capabilities.

Role Overview

The Manager in this role will lead the implementation and configuration of SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) and Saviynt Identity Governance solutions, focusing on designing identity governance frameworks, managing technical delivery, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful deployment. This position involves troubleshooting complex issues, developing technical documentation, and supporting emerging identity security technologies, including AI-enabled capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead solution design, testing, deployment, and optimization of identity security and governance platforms.
• Develop identity lifecycle management, access requests, certifications, workflows, and policies.
• Guide onboarding activities, troubleshoot issues, and ensure implementation success.
• Collaborate with application owners, security teams, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and support delivery.
• Create technical documentation, governance standards, and operational procedures.
• Support AI-enabled identity governance features such as automated access analysis and lifecycle automation.
• Lead technical discussions, mentor team members, and support identity governance transformation initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum five years of recent hands-on experience in Identity Governance and Administration, with at least two years using SailPoint ISC, Saviynt, or similar platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information security, or related field preferred; or equivalent experience.
• Experience implementing enterprise IGA solutions, including onboarding, access management, certifications, and legacy migrations.
• Strong understanding of identity governance, access controls, compliance, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proven ability to lead technical workstreams, mentor teams, and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with AI analytics, automation, and emerging identity security technologies.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
