Job summary

KPMG LLP is seeking a Manager to join our Advisory Technology Organization in the United States. You will lead ServiceNow Identity Governance and Veza implementations, design governance solutions, and guide technical delivery to drive secure identity programs.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop governance standards, and support clients in improving identity visibility and access controls across cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; or seven years of identity security experience if no degree.
• Experience implementing identity governance solutions including onboarding, lifecycle management, access requests, reviews, and certifications.
• Strong understanding of identity governance, entitlement management, access controls, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow Identity Governance and Veza implementations from design to deployment.
• Design identity governance solutions including lifecycle management, access requests, reviews, and workflows.
• Lead technical delivery and troubleshoot complex issues to ensure successful implementations.
• Collaborate with application owners, security teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements and support delivery.
• Develop governance standards, operational procedures, and leading practices for identity governance.
