Job summary

KPMG LLP seeks an Advisory Technology Manager to lead identity governance and security initiatives across client engagements in the U.S. This role combines design, delivery, and governance of Identity Governance solutions, including ServiceNow and Veza, with collaboration across security, product, and client teams.

Applicants should bring deep hands-on experience in governance platforms, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage complex workstreams in a fast-paced advisory

Qualifications

• Experience in identity governance and administration, including modern platforms.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow Identity Governance and Veza or comparable tools.
• Experience implementing governance, onboarding, workflows, and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow Identity Governance and Veza implementations end-to-end.
• Design identity governance solutions including lifecycle, reviews, roles, and policies.
• Lead technical delivery and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Collaborate with owners, security, and stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Develop governance standards, procedures, and leading practices.
• Help clients improve visibility, entitlement management, and access governance.
• Uphold integrity and professional standards in the work environment.
