Job summary

LS Solutions seeks a Manager specializing in SailPoint Identity Security Cloud and Saviynt Identity Governance within the Advisory Technology organization. You will lead the design and deployment of IAM governance across complex enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of hands-on experience in Identity Governance and Administration, with at least two years specializing in SailPoint ISC, Saviynt, or similar platforms.
• Experience implementing enterprise IAM solutions, including onboarding, lifecycle management, access requests, and migrations.
• Strong knowledge of identity governance, access controls, compliance, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proven ability to lead technical workstreams, mentor teams, and support transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with AI analytics, workflow automation, and emerging identity security technologies.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills for technical discussions and client solutions.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
