The IAM Strategy and Product Manager, IAM Data Services is responsible for defining, delivering, and evolving Northern Trust’s enterprise IAM data strategy and capabilities. This role owns the vision, roadmap, and execution of identity data products that support access governance, privileged access management, authentication, authorization, regulatory reporting, operational analytics, and emerging AI-driven identity services.
The individual serves as the bridge between cybersecurity, technology, risk, business stakeholders, and engineering teams, ensuring identity data is accurate, accessible, actionable, and aligned to enterprise security and business objectives. The role focuses on transforming identity data into strategic business assets that improve risk management, operational efficiency, regulatory readiness, and decision-making.
Salary Range:
$130,530 - 221,920 USD
Salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay. Northern Trust provides a comprehensive benefits package including retirement benefits (401k and pension), health and welfare benefits (medical, dental, vision, spending accounts and disability), paid time off, parental and caregiver leave, life & accident insurance, and other voluntary and well-being benefits. Northern Trust also provides a discretionary bonus program that may include an equity component.
