Job summary

Okta is seeking a hands-on technical consultant to lead post-sales deployment projects for Auth0 customers. You will gather requirements, design deployment solutions, mentor customers, and coordinate with Engineering and Support to ensure ongoing success. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with 3-5 years delivering external solutions.

Travel up to 25% is expected. You will apply knowledge of identity federation protocols (OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML 2.0) and cloud architectures

Qualifications

3-5 years experience as a technical consultant delivering solutions to external customers.
Experience with identity federation and robust access control models (OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML 2.0, WS-Federation).
Knowledge of enterprise web technologies, security and cutting-edge infrastructures.
Able and willing to be a hands-on contributor; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Work hands on with Okta customers, post-sales role, to provide consulting services.
Gather, analyze, and document post-sales requirements.
Communicate to customers and partners at technical/functional level as needed.
Provide design and deployment solutions ensuring extraordinary customer satisfaction.
Lead project scope, schedule, status, and documentation; mentor customers.
