Job summary

Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Product Manager to drive access controls within our Authorization and Identity Governance platform.

You will craft, deploy, and optimize policy-based solutions using PlainID, SailPoint, and related IAM technologies to secure our enterprise systems. You will own roadmaps for onboarding applications to the central IAM/IGA platform, manage CI/CD for policy releases, and collaborate across IT, security, and business partners to translate requirements

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
12+ years in cybersecurity with IGA concepts (RBAC/ABAC/PBAC).
Experience with SailPoint, PlainID, and policy languages like XACML or REGO.
Experience with Snowflake, AirFlow, SFDC, Google BigQuery, Mulesoft, REST, OpenShift, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS.
Familiarity with IAM concepts and policy-based controls; integration with ERP/CRM systems.
Experience with LDAP/Active Directory and federated identities (SAML, OpenID Connect, OAuth).
Proficient in Java/Python scripting and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

Develop roadmap for onboarding enterprise apps to the central IAM/IGA platform.
Plan feature delivery (SoD checks, training mandates, bulk approvals) and platform initiatives (infra, CI/CD).
Design and manage access control policies in PlainID to meet evolving needs.
Create release schedules for the IGA platform and lead Go/No-Go meetings with customers.
Manage CI/CD as a product, improving speed and reliability.
Collaborate with IT, security, and business teams to translate requirements into policy solutions.
Ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information via policy enforcement.
Document policy configurations for audit and compliance; maintain records.
