Cisco Systems, Inc is seeking an Engineering Product Manager to join our team, focusing on access controls within the Authorization and Identity Governance system. You will craft and refine policy solutions using PlainID, SailPoint and related technologies to ensure scalable, secure IAM across enterprise applications.

You will own roadmaps for onboarding applications, manage SoD checks, CICD improvements, and RBAC/ABAC/PBAC policy implementations, collaborating with IT, security and business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 12+ years of experience in cybersecurity with IGA, RBAC, ABAC, PBAC understanding.
• Experience with SailPoint, PlainID or similar PBAC systems and policy languages such as XACML or REGO.
• Experience with SnowFlake, AirFlow, SFDC, Google BigQuery, Mulesoft, REST, OpenShift, Docker, Kubernetes and AWS.
• Familiarity with IAM concepts and enterprise system integration.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop roadmap for onboarding enterprise applications onto the central IAM/IGA platform.
• Develop roadmap including feature delivery (SoD checks, Training Mandates, Bulk Approvals) and platform initiatives (infra, CI/CD).
• Plan for platform scalability to handle future growth of users and applications.
• Design, implement, and manage sophisticated access control policies within PlainID.
• Create and manage the release schedule for the IGA platform and Go/No-Go meetings.
• Manage the CI/CD pipeline as a product to improve speed and reliability.
• Collaborate with IT, security, and business customers to translate requirements into policy solutions.
• Ensure integrity, confidentiality, and availability through policy enforcement.
• Maintain and refine existing policies to adapt to changing security needs.
• Document policy configurations and changes for audit and compliance.
• Provide training and guidance in RBAC, ABAC, PBAC and IGA; act as PlainID and SailPoint authority.
