Job summary

Enterprise Products Partners L.P. is seeking a Manager, Identity Security Engineering to lead the Identity Governance, Authentication Security, and Privileged Access Management programs.

You will govern digital identities, authentication methods, and access to critical systems, driving roadmap and risk reduction across the cybersecurity program. The role manages SailPoint IdentityIQ and related platforms, partners with audit and compliance, and reports to executives on program effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction for identity governance, authentication security, and privileged access management teams.
• Develop and execute the organization’s identity security roadmap aligning with cybersecurity, compliance, and business objectives.
• Oversee identity lifecycle management, access certification, role management, SOD, PAM controls, and authentication technologies.
• Lead administration and enhancement of SailPoint IdentityIQ and related platforms.
• Drive continuous improvement of identity governance controls and risk mitigation strategies.
• Manage authentication technologies including AD, LDAP, SSO, MFA, and federated identities.
• Oversee privileged access security solutions, credentials, secrets, and session controls.
• Partner with internal audit, compliance, and risk management to meet regulatory requirements.
• Establish standards and governance for identity and access management.
• Manage projects, budgets, vendor relationships, and strategic initiatives related to identity security.
• Coordinate development, testing, deployment using SDLC methodologies.
• Provide executive reporting on program effectiveness, risks, and metrics.
• Lead remediation efforts for identity and access security events.
• Recruit, mentor, and retain security professionals.
