Job summary

Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced Engineering Product Manager to lead the design and refinement of access controls within our IAM/IGA platform.

You will craft, deploy and optimize policies using PlainID, SailPoint, and related technologies to ensure scalable and secure access across enterprise systems. You will own roadmaps for onboarding applications, drive SoD checks and platform initiatives, and manage CI/CD processes while collaborating with IT, security teams and business

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in cybersecurity with IGA, RBAC, ABAC, PBAC understanding.
• Demonstrated experience with SailPoint, PlainID or similar PBAC systems and policy languages (XACML/REGO).
• Experience with integrating IAM solutions with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM).
• Familiarity with directory services and federated identity protocols (SAML, OpenID Connect, OAuth).
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop roadmap for onboarding enterprise apps onto the central IAM/IGA platform.
• Design, implement and manage access control policies within PlainID to meet business needs.
• Manage CI/CD pipeline as a product to improve speed and reliability.
• Lead release planning and Go/No-Go meetings with customers.
• Collaborate with IT, security teams and business customers to translate requirements into policy solutions.
• Ensure confidentiality, integrity and availability of information through policy enforcement.
• Document policy configurations and changes for audit and compliance.
• Provide training and guidance on PlainID and SailPoint across the organization.
