Job summary

PANTHERx Rare Pharmacy is hiring an Identity & Access Manager in Pittsburgh, hybrid. You will lead the IAM program across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments, ensuring least-privilege access and auditable controls.

This role partners with IT, Security Operations, HR, Compliance, and business stakeholders to reduce identity-related risk. The role requires leading IAM staff, executing the strategy, managing vendors, and defining metrics to track access governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in information technology or cybersecurity with 5+ years in IAM and 2+ years in leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead IAM staff, set priorities, and foster accountability.
• Develop and execute IAM strategy including zero trust and phishing-resistant authentication.
• Manage IAM vendors, licensing, and input on budget and resources.
• Define and report IAM metrics and risk indicators to security leadership.
