Job summary

Kentucky Community and Technical College System seeks an Identity & Access Management Analyst to advocate for ERP users across HR, Finance, and Campus solutions. The role manages identities using Rapid Identity and related tools within KCTCS ERP modules.

Position located at the Versailles, KY system office with a term-contract, offering a hybrid schedule requiring onsite presence at least 3 days per week. Employee benefits and a collaborative work environment are highlighted.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and four (4) years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Master's Degree in Business, Computer Information Technology or related field and four (4) years relevant experience or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of identity management concepts and ERP environments.

Responsibilities

• A technical advisor who understands client and back-end systems and interfaces with vendors.
• Collaborate with Technology Solutions, Marketing, and other units to guide product development and launches.
• Define application requirements and features for students, faculty, and staff.
• Provide security leadership and support for all KCTCS ERP areas.
• Provide thought leadership for user experience and act as ambassador for end-users.
