Job summary

Drucker + Falk, LLC is seeking an Identity and Access Management Specialist to manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across IT systems. You will ensure proper authentication/authorization and support provisioning and deprovisioning in a privacy-conscious environment.

The role emphasizes policy adherence, incident troubleshooting, and collaboration with IT leadership to maintain secure access across enterprise resources.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college/technical school.
• Three to four years related experience and/or training; equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Preferred certifications: A+, Microsoft Certifications, ITIL, Azura.
• Experience with identity management concepts and processes including authorization and authentication.
• Familiar with access control systems (Yardi, Active Directory, Office365, CyberArk or Okta, SCIM, SAML, File Shares, Azura, FreshService).

Responsibilities

• Creates, removes and maintains account permissions and access controls.
• Ensures correct authentication and authorization for end-users and services.
• Manages IT policies and procedures for access to D+F resources.
• Provides password resets and troubleshooting for user access issues.
• Supports identity & access management change requests and approval flows.
• Implements ITIL-based process improvements for identity and access workflows.
