Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management professional to design, implement, and optimize IGA solutions across client environments. You will build connectors, write rules, customize workflows, and support access certifications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable identity governance.

You will assess client identity posture, shape right-sized solutions, and document processes for governance and lifecycle management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience implementing IGA products such as SailPoint IdentityIQ or Saviynt IGA.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in AD, LDAP, JDBC, SNOW connectors and end to end life cycle management in SailPoint.
• Minimum 2 years of Java development experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; if Associate’s degree, 5 years experience required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare IGA design documents and present to stakeholders.
• Clarify/update design issues and concerns.
• Develop deployment and implementation methodology aligned with vendor best practices.
• Install, integrate, configure, and deploy IAM solutions for User Life-Cycle Management and Access Governance.
• Develop and execute test cases and test plans for IGA solutions.
• Provide knowledge transfer, training, and support activities.
• Report upgrade status and coordinate with Technical Lead.
• Prepare handover documentation for operations.
