Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced IGA leader to own the target-state architecture and design decisions for Identity Governance. You will lead onshore and offshore teams, guiding solution architecture and collaborating with client leadership to deliver end-to-end IGA programs.

You will assess identity governance maturity, translate complex concepts into business outcomes, and support business development with estimates and proposals. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years implementing IGA products such as SailPoint IdentityIQ, Identity Security Cloud, Saviynt IGA.
• 5+ years as solution architect and project delivery lead on end-to-end IGA implementations.
• 5+ years experience with AD, LDAP, JDBC connectors and lifecycle management in SailPoint or comparable IGA platforms.
• 5+ years Java development experience guiding rules, workflows, and customizations.
• 5+ years leading onshore and offshore teams, managing project scope, schedule, budget, and risk.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 5 years) work experience; if Associate’s Degree, minimum 7 years work experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the IGA target-state architecture documents and defend design decisions with client stakeholders.
• Lead project delivery, owning plan, scope, schedule, budget, resourcing, and quality metrics.
• Conduct IGA assessments and shape roadmaps aligned to client security and compliance goals.
• Define deployment methodologies and standards consistent with vendor best practices.
• Direct installation, integration, and deployment of IGA solutions across User Life-Cycle Management, Access Governance, and Certifications.
• Define onboarding strategy and oversee connector integrations across directories, databases, ITSM, cloud and SaaS applications.
• Provide technical oversight of rules development, workflows, and plugin development; review designs for quality.
• Own test strategy and lead system integration, UAT, production go-live and cutover activities.
• Mentor onshore/offshore consultants and developers, removing blockers and driving accountability.
• Manage vendor relationships and escalation with product support.
• Ensure operational readiness with handover docs and knowledge transfer to operations.
• Build trusted client relationships and advise on identity governance, compliance, and access risk.
• Support business development with solution shaping, estimates, proposals, and SOWs.
• Travel may be required (0-100% depending on business needs).
