Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management professional to design, implement, and optimize IGA solutions for clients. You will lead design discussions, develop deployment methodologies, and ensure successful go-live in complex environments.

You will work across Identity Governance, automated provisioning, and access certifications, collaborating with vendors and client teams while mentoring junior staff and delivering thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience implementing IGA products such as SailPoint IdentityIQ, SailPoint Identity Security Cloud, Saviynt IGA, or other IGA products
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in AD, LDAP, JDBC, SNOW connectors and end to end life cycle management in SailPoint
• Minimum of 2 years of Java development experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 3 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 5 years work experience)

Responsibilities

• Work on preparation of IGA design document, present the design document to the stakeholders.
• Clarify/update design issues and concerns.
• Develop deployment and implementation methodology and standards consistent with vendor best practices
• Install, integrate, configure, and deploy IAM solutions and systems to facilitate User Life-Cycle Management, Identity and Access Governance, Automated Provisioning, Access Certifications.
• Develop and execute test cases and test plans for IGA solutions
• Provide knowledge transfer, training, and support activities
• Observe project delivery protocol and ensure timely escalation of status, issues, and risks
• Work with vendor product support to open, troubleshoot, and resolve product issues
• Develop technical project plans and aid in project resourcing and experience in rules development, workflow customizations
• Report the upgrade status updates to Technical Lead.
• Preparation of documentation for handover to operations team.
• Participate in go-live activity in the production environment.
• Good understanding of life cycle events, certifications, Plugin development experience
• Should be passionate and driven towards customization/development
