Job summary

Accenture Security is seeking an experienced IGA leader to own the target-state architecture and drive end-to-end identity governance implementations. You will guide design decisions, manage scope and budgets, and lead teams of consultants and engineers across onshore and offshore delivery.

Travel may be required, and you will interact with senior client leadership to translate complex identity concepts into business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years implementing IGA products (SailPoint, Saviynt)
• Experience as solution architect and project delivery lead on end-to-end IGA deployments
• 5+ years experience with AD, LDAP, JDBC, and ServiceNow connectors
• 5+ years experience Java development; able to guide teams on rules/workflows
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; minimum 5 years work experience

Responsibilities

• Own IGA target-state architecture and design documents; defend design decisions
• Lead project plan, scope, schedule, budget, resourcing, and quality; report status to leadership
• Lead IGA assessments; shape strategies and roadmaps aligned to objectives
• Define deployment methodology and standards per best practices
• Oversee installation, integration, configuration, and deployment of IGA solutions
• Define onboarding strategy and oversee connector integrations at scale
• Provide technical oversight of rules, workflows, and plugin development
• Own test strategy; lead system integration testing and go-live activities
• Mentor onshore and offshore consultants; remove blockers
• Manage vendor relationships and escalations with product support
• Ensure operational readiness through handover docs and training
• Build relationships with client stakeholders; advise on identity governance
• Support business development including solution shaping and proposals
