Job summary

Accenture is seeking a hands-on Identity and Access Management professional to design, implement, and optimize IGA solutions across client environments. You will build connectors, configure workflows, and support access certifications while collaborating with a cross-functional team to deliver secure lifecycle management for enterprise identities.

The role emphasizes design documentation, deployment methodology, and knowledge transfer, with travel as needed to client sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience implementing IGA products such as SailPoint IdentityIQ, SailPoint Identity Security Cloud, Saviynt IGA, or other IGA products.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in AD, LDAP, JDBC, SNOW connectors and end to end life cycle management in SailPoint.
• Minimum of 2 years of Java development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 3 years) work experience.
• (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 5 years work experience).

Responsibilities

• Prepare IGA design document and present to stakeholders.
• Develop deployment and implementation methodology and standards.
• Install, integrate, configure, and deploy IAM solutions and systems.
• Develop and execute test cases and test plans for IGA solutions.
• Provide knowledge transfer, training, and support activities.
• Observe project delivery protocol and escalate issues.
• Work with vendor product support to resolve product issues.
• Prepare handover documentation for operations.
