Job summary

The ideal candidate will direct IAM teams, oversee onboarding/offboarding, and ensure robust access controls across AD, Entra ID, SSO, MFA, RBAC, and PAM, with strong collaboration across IT, security, and business units.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or technical service delivery.
• 5+ years of hands-on IAM/UAM or identity governance experience.
• 3+ years leading technical teams.
• 3+ years with AD, Entra ID, SSO, MFA, RBAC, or PAM.
• Experience with provisioning, access certification, identity lifecycle management, and application onboarding.
• Experience with security audits, access reviews, compliance, and risk remediation.
• Strong incident management, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
