The role requires a bachelor's degree and 5+ years in STEM with IAM experience, plus 3+ years in leadership. Strong knowledge of LDAP, SAML/OAuth, MFA and regulatory requirements is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, cybersecurity, risk management, or CS preferred.
• 5+ years in STEM including IAM technologies and 3+ years of leadership.
• Experience developing IAM roadmaps and cross-functional delivery.
• Knowledge of PCI, SOX, HIPAA, EU-GDPR in IAM.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities
