Qualifications

• 4-6+ years in IT engineering, systems administration, or IAM roles
• Advanced experience administering Okta Identity Cloud
• Experience designing RBAC models and access governance
• Experience developing Okta Workflows for identity automation
• Experience with SaaS deployment and governance

Responsibilities

• Escalation point for complex IT issues beyond Helpdesk
• Lead medium-to-large IT projects involving identity management
• Design and maintain onboarding/offboarding and identity lifecycle processes
• Administer Okta Identity Cloud including integrations and policies
• Develop and maintain documentation and runbooks
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance
• Contribute automation scripts in Bash, PowerShell, or Python
